Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-volume periods, launches or restocks, please allow a few extra days — we’re a small team doing big things.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, it will ship once that item is ready.
Estimated ship dates are listed on each pre-order product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries — options and rates will appear at checkout.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are out of our control (but we’ll always help where we can).
